Weekly Menu / Freezer Cooking Plan ~ 11/11/2013

This week I’d like to add more home-prepared food to my freezer by adding about 30 minutes extra work to normal meal prep time by quadrupling or doubling reicpes. I need easy breakfast items as we’re in a rut around here. I’d also plan to make make quadruple batch of easy gound beef stronganoff because it freezes really well and ideally, I will triple the crock pot chicken recipe I have in my menu plan as well. If I can get bread baked, breakfast items and a few dinners in my freezer, I will call this week’s cooking efforts a success.

I’ll let you know how it went next week, if I remember. If I don’t remember, ask me sometime to tell you how I did… I’ll fess up, for sure. 🙂

I’ll also bake  homemade 5 grain bread this week. And I think I’ll try my hand at Artisan Bread, too. I’d like to make some with my rye berries. And I haven’t made artisan bread in a long time. Yummy!
