  • ? cup oil
  • 1 cup honey
  • 12-14 cups flour {I use freshly ground hard white wheat}
  • ½ cup gluten
  • 3 TBS yeast
  • 1 TBS salt
  • 2 cups raisins
  • 3 TBS cinnamon
