Disclaimer: My family received free tickets to Monster Jam in exchange for an honest review of the show! And here it is…

A couple weeks ago, my hubs had a dad’s night out with our three older kids, a couple of his friends, and more kids! Their destination? MONSTER JAM at the iWireless Center. You remember my post from a few weeks ago sharing a coupon code??

I enjoyed my peace and quiet while they donned ear phones and enjoyed the noise at the iWireless Center in Moline. I asked my husband and kids about it after they got home, and they described the the event like a glorified WWF Wrestling event – but with big cars and motorcycles instead of wrestlers. It was an entertaining night of scripted nonsense, according to my husband’s description. But they all loved it.

After they got home, I asked my kids what the enjoyed most about the show.

Madusa Monster Jam

Anna, my ten year old, liked Madusa {the hot pink Monster Truck} because she trash talked the Grave Digger and kept on going for a little ways after she flipped over on to her side. {Anna’s words.}

Ben, my eight year old, liked watching the Grave Digger because he  beat everybody.

Monster Jam

Cora, my six year old, liked the motorcycles because one did a flip and one of the drivers jumped off the bike and managed to get back on! Again, her words. 🙂 She also liked the 4 wheelers, too.

All in all, Monster Jam was a huge hit. My kids talked about it for a long time after the event and can’t wait to go back next year. You may wonder if the adults liked the show, too, and well, the answer is yes. All the men had a great time out with their littles.

Have you been to Monster Jam? What did you think? Next time, I’m going. And I’m taking the real camera because I think there could be some seriously cool pics at #MonsterJam!

On a side note, If you go to see MosnterJam, I highly recommend getting ear protection for your kiddos to protect their ears! I heard it was a really loud show. And stay tuned for more posts with coupon codes to these asesome events! 😀
