These No-Bake Honey Sunflower Butter Energy Balls are a delicious and healthy snack when you burst of energy! They’re also peanut-free and allergy friendly. And best of all, they only take about 10 minutes to make- start to finish.

Are you a snacker? I tend to eat little bits of food throughout the day instead of eating three square meals, so I was happy when Barlean’s sent me a few of their healthy products to healthify my snacking game. They also sent me a cute little LunchBots container to carry my snacks in and I’ve had to hide it from my kids!

While the LunchBots container is perfect for snacks of all types, these no-bake honey sunflower butter energy balls are especially good in it! Have you made no-bake energy balls before? I have to admit that it’s my first time trying. I guess I’m pretty slow to jump on most bandwagons. And then I wonder why. ?

If you need a quick pick me up, this recipe is perfect! It really does take under 10 minutes to make. Simply pull out the ingredients, mix and roll. Then they’re ready to eat. I will definitely make no-bake energy balls again.

To make these energy balls, I used allergy friendly honey sunflower butter, whole oats, whole sunflower seeds, Barlean’s Flax, Chia, Coconut Blend (a mix of flax, chia, coconut), and a few chocolate chips.

Mini chocolate chips are probably the best, but I used regular sized because that’s what I had on hand.

If you’ve never tried Barlean’s Flax, Chia, Coconut Blend before, let me tell you that it’s really good. It’s organic and vegan, caffeine free, gluten free, and of course, non-GMO.   1. I love your recipe but a flatter bar, rather than a ball would make them a bit more portable for my purse and pocket. What a cute container though and great for your energy balls. I would use almond butter but love the oats in your recipe, so it’s near perfect! The Barleans product looks awesome and I’d love to give it a try–thanks for the chance.

  2. I would make them and use them for a morning snack with my coffee! I’d probably make them flat squared.

  4. I would use it in these energy bites, I have my own energy bites I make so I’d use my recipe and add those.
