Weekly Menu & Freezer Cooking Plan ~ 2/11

It’s been a while since I posted a new menu. I did an entire month’s menu for January and haven’t shared my plans yet for February. I feel sometimes like my menu plan is too boring to share. Although I have been grocery shopping and bought a lot of things I was out of, I’m still sort of in No Spend Mode. Oh don’t get me wrong, I’m spending…but I’m still trying to eat mostly from the pantry. And life has been pretty crazy around here, so I’m sticking mostly to these tried and true recipes.

By the way – if you are looking for a sweet menu plan for Valentine’s Day – check this 4 course meal menu at Life Tastes Good. I love the ideas here.

  1. What a great idea to add spinach to meatloaf! My son won't eat greens if he sees that they are ... greens. I have to hide them, and that meatloaf seems like a fantastic way to do that! Oh, and your egg sandwich - yumm!! I just had a similar egg sandwich the other day, too! I love easy breakfasts!
