Weekly Menu / Freezer Cooking Plan 3/24

I can’t believe it’s the last full week of March already and that Easter is next weekend. We got over 4 inches of snow yesterday! The kids had a great time playing in the snow again, but I am ready for it to go away and warm up. I hope this warm/cold/warm/cold weather didn’t kill all the tulip and daffodil bulbs I planted last fall!

We had a busy week around here last week and I have company coming at the end of this week. That means I need to get my rear in gear and get some food in my freezer for quick meals. My friend Robin in coming with her three boys and the last thing we will want to do is slave away in the kitchen. Oh no. I’m putting her to good work helping me purge and organize. But don’t tell her that because I still want her to come visit me… 😉menu/freezer cooking plan

But on to my meal plan. This week I will focus on getting stuff in the freezer. Here’s what I’m thinking to help me accomplish that.

Breakfasts ~

Lunches ~

  • Left overs
  • Sandwiches
  • Smoothies & hard boiled eggs
  • Bean burritos

Dinners ~

I’m not sure what the plan is yet for our Easter meal, but I’m sure it will involve a party at my mother-in-law’s house. 🙂
