Ingredients

  • 15 - 20 small banana peppers
  • 1 pound grond pork
  • 8 ounces cream cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Prepare banana peppers by cutting off the stem and removing seeds. Wear gloves to do this!
  • Brown ground pork over medium heat. Drain fat if there is any.
  • Add cream cheese and melt.
  • Fill banana peppers with pork / cream cheese mixture using a skinny spoon to push the mix down to the bottom of the pepper.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes.
  • Enjoy!
