- 15 - 20 small banana peppers
- 1 pound grond pork
- 8 ounces cream cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare banana peppers by cutting off the stem and removing seeds. Wear gloves to do this!
Brown ground pork over medium heat. Drain fat if there is any.
Add cream cheese and melt.
Fill banana peppers with pork / cream cheese mixture using a skinny spoon to push the mix down to the bottom of the pepper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes.
