30 Minute Pizza Gnocchi Bake

30-minute pizza gnocchi bake made with store-bought gnocchi, tomato sauce, pepperoni, and melty mozzarella. An easy weeknight dinner everyone loves.

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces potato gnocchi
  • 3 ounces pepperoni slices
  • 14 ounces tomato sauce Italian style herbs is very good in this recipe.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F and choose an oven safe baking dish.
  • Cook the potato gnocchi in a large pot, following package instructions. As soon as they start floating, drain them, and set aside.
  • Put the potato gnocchi in the baking dish and add half of the pepperoni slices, all of the tomato sauce, and half of the cheese.
  • Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • After 15 minutes, stir to combine the mixture. Add the rest of the pepperoni slices and the shredded mozzarella. Cover with foil again. Bake for another 5 minutes in the oven or until the cheese melts.
