- 16 ounces potato gnocchi
- 3 ounces pepperoni slices
- 14 ounces tomato sauce Italian style herbs is very good in this recipe.
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat the oven to 400 F and choose an oven safe baking dish.
Cook the potato gnocchi in a large pot, following package instructions. As soon as they start floating, drain them, and set aside.
Put the potato gnocchi in the baking dish and add half of the pepperoni slices, all of the tomato sauce, and half of the cheese.
Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, stir to combine the mixture. Add the rest of the pepperoni slices and the shredded mozzarella. Cover with foil again. Bake for another 5 minutes in the oven or until the cheese melts.
