5 Ingredient Cottage Cheese Blender Pancakes

Ingredients

Nancy's Organic Whole Milk Cottage Cheese
1/2
cup
old fashioned oats

eggs

tsp
pure vanilla extract

cinnamon
Instructions
Preheat griddle and melt 1 tbs butter.
Combine all ingredients in a blender and pulse until combined.
Cook in butter until golden brown.
Top with desired fruit, maple syrup, jelly, etc.
