Chocolate Chip Banana Bread
Delicious banana bread the entire family will love! You'll like this recipe so much, you will want to quadruple it so you have a few loaves to freeze!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 9x5" loaf pan.
Mix the dry ingredients by stirring together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.

Beat butter in a large mixing bowl using a stand mixer until smooth and creamy. Make sure to scrape the sides and bottom of the bowl.
Gradually beat in sugar until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs, on low speed, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add vanilla and stir one final time.
Mash bananas and then add milk. Mix until smooth in a medium bowl. Set aside.

Beat flour mixture and mashed bananas mixture into butter mixture.

Stir in chocolate chips by hand.

Pour into prepared loaf pan. Sprinkle with a top layer of sugar for a crunchy suprise.

Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool loaf in pan on wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove loaf from pan to wire rack and cool completely.
