Wash and chop onions, pepper, and broccoli. Cut the potatoes in half. Cut the sausage into ¼" - ½ “ pieces. Combine sausage and vegetables in a large bowl.
Mix oil, garlic, salt and pepper, then toss over the vegetables and sausage, tossing to coat evenly.
Preheat the Air Fryer to 350 F. Once it’s reached temperature, add the mixture and cook for 18-22 minutes. If your potatoes are bigger, it might take a little longer to cook.
Serve with mustard, ketchup, BBQ sauce, or homemade Ranch dressing (if you’re from the Midwest).
