Family Friendly Air Fryer Sausage and Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 pound baby potatoes
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 medium sized sweet pepper
  • 16 ounces smoked sausage
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt Redmond's REAL Salt is my personal favorite
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper

Instructions

  • Wash and chop onions, pepper, and broccoli. Cut the potatoes in half. Cut the sausage into ¼" - ½ “ pieces. Combine sausage and vegetables in a large bowl.
  • Mix oil, garlic, salt and pepper, then toss over the vegetables and sausage, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Preheat the Air Fryer to 350 F. Once it’s reached temperature, add the mixture and cook for 18-22 minutes. If your potatoes are bigger, it might take a little longer to cook.
  • Serve with mustard, ketchup, BBQ sauce, or homemade Ranch dressing (if you’re from the Midwest).
