- 1 box round salty crackers melba toast are easiest to spread, but any favorite cracker will work
- 1 8 ounce container savory cream cheese spread like garlic & herb, chives & onion, vegetable garden, or plain cream cheese
- 1 small carrot
- 1 small red bell pepper
- Peppercorns or edible eyes
- Seeds of your choice
Spread cream cheese on round salty crackers and place one above the other on a large plate. Two crackers make one snowman.
Cut the carrot into tiny triangles. Cut a red bell pepper into thin strips for the scarves.
Place the peppercorns and carrot on one of the crackers.
Place seeds make on the other cracker to make the buttons. Finally, place the pepper scarf between the two crackers and enjoy your snowman cracker appetizer!
