Homemade Chocolate Cranberry Granola

Ingredients

  • 4 cups old fashioned oats
  • 1 cup chopped nuts I mix almonds, pecans, walnuts – whatever I have on hand
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
  • Mix all dry ingredients {except the chocolate chips and the cranberries}.
  • Whisk to combine oil and honey the best that you can.
  • Add it to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  • Spread dry ingredients on a prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20-30 minutes, turning the granola at the half-way point.
  • Let cool completely on a baking rack.
  • Remove granola from pan, add chocolate and cranberries. Mix well.
  • Enjoy!
