Homemade Chocolate Cranberry Granola

Ingredients

cups
old fashioned oats

cup
chopped nuts
I mix almonds, pecans, walnuts – whatever I have on hand
1
cup
sunflower seeds
1
tsp.
cinnamon
1/3
cup
oil
2/3
cup
honey
1/2
cup
dark chocolate chips
1/2
cup
dried cranberries
Instructions
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Mix all dry ingredients {except the chocolate chips and the cranberries}.
Whisk to combine oil and honey the best that you can.
Add it to the dry ingredients and mix well.
Spread dry ingredients on a prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20-30 minutes, turning the granola at the half-way point.
Let cool completely on a baking rack.
Remove granola from pan, add chocolate and cranberries. Mix well.
