1carrothalved
2cupsfresh spinach
1medium applequartered & seeded
6cupsice
Instructions
1. Place all ingredients in Vitamix in order listed and secure lid.
2. Select Variable 13. Turn machine on and quickly increase speed to Variable 10, then High**.
4. Blend for 1 minute or until desired consistency is reached.
Notes
**If not using a vitamix, blend using smoothie settings or on high until ingredients are a smooth consistency. When blended correctly, there should be no chunks!
