Ingredients

orange
peeled

ounce
yogurt {preferably organic}. You can use Key Lime flavor
Plain, or the Honey Pear I used.

TBS
honey {especially if you use plain yogurt}. I omit the honey when I use sweetened yogurt.
1
cup
seedless green grapes
organic if you can swing it
3
kiwi
peeled and cut in half
1
medium banana
Handful of ice
Instructions
Add the ingredients in the order listed to your vitamix.
Slowly turn on full speed, then turn to high.
Blend for 2-3 minutes.
Enjoy!
Notes
If you wish, top with freshly made whipped cream and organic maraschino cherries!
