Shamrock Shake Smoothie

A healthier version of the infamous Shamrock Shake - this is one drink you will feel good about!

Ingredients

  • 1 orange peeled
  • 3 ounce yogurt {preferably organic}. You can use Key Lime flavor Plain, or the Honey Pear I used.
  • 3 TBS honey {especially if you use plain yogurt}. I omit the honey when I use sweetened yogurt.
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes organic if you can swing it
  • 3 kiwi peeled and cut in half
  • 1 medium banana
  • Handful of ice

Instructions

  • Add the ingredients in the order listed to your vitamix.
  • Slowly turn on full speed, then turn to high.
  • Blend for 2-3 minutes.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

If you wish, top with freshly made whipped cream and organic maraschino cherries!
