Ingredients
1/3
cup
popcorn kernels
1
tbs
coconut oil {I used Coconut Infusions with butter flavor}
1
cup
cashews
2
cups
dried fruit {I used cranberries
cherries, and blueberries}
2/3
cup
chocolate chip
sea salt
Instructions
Pop popcorn in coconut oil and then put the popcorn on a sheet pan or parchment paper.
Sprinkle the nuts and dried fruit on the popcorn.
Melt the chocolate chips in a double boiler.
Sprinkle with sea salt to taste.
Let the chocolate harden.
