Caramel Apple Monkey Bread

- 2 cans cinnamon roll dough 17.5 ounces
- 1 large apple diced (about 1 1/2 cups)
- 1/2 cup raw sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/3 cup sugar
Preheat oven to 350F and grease a bundt pan.
Melt butter over medium low heat and add sugar to make the caramel sauce.
Mix 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon. Stir apples into 1/4 cup of the mixture and reserve the rest.
Cut the cinnamon rolls in fourths and then roll in sugar mixture.
Place half the sugared apples in the bottom of the bunt pan. Top with half the sugared cinnamon roll quarters.
Layer the rest of the apples and the remaining cinnamon rolls.
Drizzle melted butter and sugar over the cinnamon roll pieces.
Bake for 40-45 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes, then run knife around edges of the pan. Invert pan over heatproof plate and remove pan.
Drizzle with icing and enjoy!
