Easy Baked Camembert with Pears, Pomegranates, & Hazelnuts

Ingredients

  • 8 ounce Camembert wheel
  • 2 TBS brandy
  • 2 TBS pure maple syrup
  • Dash of salt
  • 2 TBS pomegranate seeds
  • 2 TBS chopped hazelnuts
  • 2 pears sliced and drizzled with lemon juice to keep them from turning brown
  • Assorted crackers.

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place Camembert in an oven safe dish.
  • Whisk brandy, maple syrup and salt and pour over Camembert.
  • Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and let cool to touch. Remove Camembert to cheese plate, top with syrup if you can spoon any from the pan, the nuts, and the pomegranate seeds.
  • Serve with sliced pear and crackers.
  • Enjoy!
