Easy Baked Camembert with Pears, Pomegranates, & Hazelnuts

Ingredients
8ounceCamembert wheel
2TBSbrandy
2TBSpure maple syrup
Dash of salt
2TBSpomegranate seeds
2TBSchopped hazelnuts
2pearssliced and drizzled with lemon juice to keep them from turning brown
Assorted crackers.
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees and place Camembert in an oven safe dish.
Whisk brandy, maple syrup and salt and pour over Camembert.
Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and let cool to touch. Remove Camembert to cheese plate, top with syrup if you can spoon any from the pan, the nuts, and the pomegranate seeds.
