Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Split bread or baguette and butter both sides.
Spread out the meat - 6 slices ham, 6 slices salami, 6 slices turkey - on the bread. Or add more meat, if you'd like.
Top with cheese and close up the sandwich.
To eat right away, loosely wrap sandwich in aluminum foil and bake 15-20 minutes, until the bread is crunchy and the cheese is melty.
To freezer and enjoy at a later date, wrap tightly in aluminum foil and then place it in a 2 gallon bag. On serving day, let the sandwich thaw in the fridge all day long. Then back for 15-20 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
Alternatively, you can bake the frozen sandwich - just be prepared for a long bake time, 40-50 minutes. :-)
