Cook pasta in a large dutch oven. Drain, stir and set aside.
While pasta is cooking, dice onions, garlic, and chicken.
Add 2 TBS olive oil to the same pot the pasta cooked in.
Cook onion and garlic on medium heat for 1-2 minutes and then add chicken and spices. Cook the chicken until it's done, about 5-6 minutes.
On low temperature, add noodles back to the pot and stir for 1-2 minutes, until they are heated back through.
Finally, turn burner off and add tomatoes, cheese, and kalamata olives.
