Ingredients

  • 1 cup pineapple diced
  • 1 tomato chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • ¼ red onion chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro minced
  • 1 serrano or jalapeño pepper finely minced (optional)
  • juice of 2 limes
  • Redmonds REAL salt to taste

Instructions

  • Chop pineapple, tomato, peppers, cilantro, and onion.
  • Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Add fresh lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
  • Serve with chips and enjoy!

Notes

This fresh pineapple salsa tastes best if you can make it two hours before serving to give the flavors time to mix nicely.
