Ingredients

pineapple
diced

tomato
chopped

red bell pepper
chopped

red onion

cilantro
minced

serrano or jalapeño pepper
finely minced (optional)
juice of 2 limes
Redmonds REAL salt to taste
Instructions
Chop pineapple, tomato, peppers, cilantro, and onion.
Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Add fresh lemon juice and salt. Mix well.
Serve with chips and enjoy!
Notes
This fresh pineapple salsa tastes best if you can make it two hours before serving to give the flavors time to mix nicely.
