Queso Dip with Real Cheese

A delicious cheese dip made with real cheese instead of velveeta!

Ingredients

  • 8 oz shredded {real} cheese - use whatever kind you want. I used a combo of sharp white cheddar & Gouda
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 TBS arrow root powder {or corn starch}
  • 1 can Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes with Green Chilis
  • 1 pound cooked ground beef grease drained

Instructions

  • Mix the corn starch with the shredded cheese.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt the cheese and evaporated milk over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  • Stir until you reach the desired consistency {up to 10 minutes!}
  • Add tomatoes and ground beef and cook just until heated through {1-2 minutes}.
  • Enjoy with your favorite chips!
