  • Heat a cast iron skillet to medium. Spray lightly with cooking spray, or use a small dab of bacon grease.
  • In a large bowl, combine pork and all spices. Mix well.
1/2 tsp Redmonds REAL salt, 1 tsp Dried parsley, 1 tsp Dried basil, 1 tsp Dried oregano, 1 tsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tap Paprika, 3/4 tsp Ground pepper, 1/2 tsp Dried red pepper flakes, 1 pound Ground pork
  • To make patties, form pork mix into 12 balls. Use a medium sized cookie baller if you'd like them to be a consistent size.
  • Cook on medium for five minutes, then flip to the other side and cook until pork reaches 160 degrees and there is no pink left.
  • Place on paper towels to remove excess grease and serve as desired.
  • If you'd prefer to make crumbles, simply cook pork in a medium skillet until it reaches 160 degrees and there is no pink left.
