Heat a cast iron skillet to medium. Spray lightly with cooking spray, or use a small dab of bacon grease.
In a large bowl, combine pork and all spices. Mix well.
1/2 tsp Redmonds REAL salt, 1 tsp Dried parsley, 1 tsp Dried basil, 1 tsp Dried oregano, 1 tsp Onion powder, 1 tsp Garlic powder, 1 tap Paprika, 3/4 tsp Ground pepper, 1/2 tsp Dried red pepper flakes, 1 pound Ground pork
To make patties, form pork mix into 12 balls. Use a medium sized cookie baller if you'd like them to be a consistent size.
Cook on medium for five minutes, then flip to the other side and cook until pork reaches 160 degrees and there is no pink left.
Place on paper towels to remove excess grease and serve as desired.
