  1. Thanks for all the great links! The parmesean crisps and your soup look so good! Besides baking with zucchini, I like to chop and roast it in the oven to eat in our breakfast scrambles. I like to freeze it shredded and use it throughout the winter for baking, soups, sauces, etc. Thanks, again, for the post!
