Ingredients 

• ▢ 5 cups warm water
• ▢ 2 eggs
• ▢ ? cup oil
• ▢ 1 cup honey
• ▢ 12-14 cups flour {I use freshly ground hard white wheat}
• ▢ ½ cup gluten
• ▢ 3 TBS yeast
• ▢ 1 TBS salt
• ▢ 2 cups raisins
• ▢ 3 TBS cinnamon
